1. Acceptance

By using eraevo.com, the EraEvo API, the EraEvo desktop client, or any EraEvo IDE extension, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Service description

EraEvo is an autonomous .NET coding agent operated by Evolved Sense Technologies ("we", "us"). It accepts a written task, plans the work, generates code, runs builds and tests, and returns the result. Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans are described on the pricing page.

3. No training on your code

We will not train, fine-tune, or evaluate any model on your code, prompts, or outputs. We will not allow our AI vendors to train on them. The full guarantee — including how this is enforced for cloud AI vendor calls and bring-your-own-key routing — is published on the Security & Trust page. Any future change to this commitment requires written notice to all paid customers at least 30 days in advance.

4. Your data, your code

You retain all intellectual-property rights in code you submit and code we generate at your direction. We claim no rights in either. You can export or delete your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use EraEvo to:

  • Generate, distribute, or modify malicious code (viruses, worms, ransomware, credential stealers, etc.).
  • Attempt to defeat the permission-scope sandbox or escape the build container.
  • Submit prompts designed to extract our system prompts, internal logs, or other customers' data.
  • Resell EraEvo as your own product without a written reseller agreement.
  • Violate applicable export control, sanctions, or data-protection laws.

6. Pricing & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe (or another approved payment processor). You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual prepayments are refundable pro-rata within the first 14 days, at our discretion thereafter.

7. Service availability

Free and Pro tiers are provided on a best-effort basis. Team tier carries a 99.5% monthly uptime target; Enterprise carries 99.9%, defined in your Enterprise agreement. Status: status.eraevo.com (when available).

8. Intellectual property (the service)

The EraEvo software, brand, documentation, and visual identity are the property of Evolved Sense Technologies. The CLI and prompt library, where made open-source, are licensed under the terms posted in their respective repositories.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service to harm others; in non-abusive cases we will give at least 7 days' notice.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are notified to paid customers at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
